Julia Sevenich is an expatriate American resident of Austria who works as a food & wine consultant. She has been tasting wines professionally since 1990. As an internationally published writer she encourages the gathering, preparation and relaxed enjoyment of regional foods and wines as keys to a happy and healthy lifestyle. She is a member of the Austrian Sommelier Club, the Tyrolean Sommelier Club, and the International Slowfood Movement.
