talking about ourselves .. but what the heck, we're gonna give it a try,
if only to have a place where our friends can keep track of what we're
doing. Ok .. here goes

to my very best friend !
This site is dedicated to the person who supports me beyond all expectations
My Wife - Betsy
Art's from Little Falls, NY .. Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Orlando,
Fla ( just couldn't find a town that would keep him) and Betsy is
from Northbrook, IL. We both attended Iowa State University. We've
lived our over 35 years of marriage here in Raleigh, NC.
Betsy has taught Art in the Public Schools in Raleigh
for over 30 years ( probably one reason we never quite figured out
where kids come from and thus only have a spoiled
cat as our "child").
After a stint in the Navy, Art co-founded a Manufacturer's Rep
Company over 20 years ago and then switched over to his two loves
in life ... woodworking and studying wine.
Together, we love gardening, the Arts ( in particular the wonderful
crafts of North Carolina), Wine and Cooking. Our idea of a great
day is to work in our gardens and then have friends over for dinner,
wine and casual conversation.
We will be adding to this section, so please come back when you
