We are tracking each plant through all four seasons
so that you can get some idea of how it looks in each season
Each picture has notes about care, planting and soil conditions
.. execept where noted, we use the following soil mix .. 1/3 regular
soil .. 1/3 mushroom compost .. 1/3 soil conditioner and a couple
of inches of PermaTill. We make many of our plantings "raised" such
that the base of the plant is about 1/3 higher than the surrounding
area .. whether it be a raised bed or an individual plant in its
"mini" raised bed.
